Meet Our Team Of Qualified Dentists

Dr Eileen Buckley

BDS NU Irel (Hons) 1986

GDC NO. 61215

Eileen qualified with an Honours degree in 1986 at the University of Cork, Ireland and is one of the principal dentists here at Prospect St Dental Practice.

Eileen’s special area of interest is treating cosmetic dental problems whilst preserving and not damaging teeth. She uses composite (white filling material) as an artist would use paint to enhance her patients’ smiles. Eileen has overseen hundreds of Tooth Whitening cases as part of her interest in cosmetic improvements for all ages.

Natural White is her personal website

Her other area of interest is in the preservation of ageing and damaged dentitions but again in the most conservative, tooth preserving ways possible.

Eileen is particularly keen on caring for nervous and phobic patients and has a large cohort of now confident patients who found dentistry difficult before joining Prospect St .

Eileen now only sees adult patients and is denplan registered.

Aside from her role managing the practice and doing dentistry part time, Eileen is the managing secretary of Newbury Study Group which is an elite, limited membership dental study and dining club.

Eileen enjoys travelling extensively and fun time with her large and expanding family.

I have been under Eileen’s care for approximately 20years and she remains as reliable, caring and professional as the first time I met her. She is always very thorough and her treatment is brilliant.
